Color Hues #140 Dusty Blue and Brown

Hello Crafters,

Nancy here, and I am so happy to be your hostess for this September 1st challenge. The colors I have for you are Dusty Blue and Brown. Please do not get too hung up on the exact color I have in the graphic below; just do the best you can. After all, we are called Color Hues for a reason. 😆

I also want to take a moment to welcome Michele Ferguson today; she was our winner from our last challenge and perhaps our biggest fan. Welcome, Michele, and thanks for all the love and support you put into our card challenge each and every month. We certainly appreciate it!

Color Hues #139 Yellow and Orange

Hello friends. Marcia here with our next challenge and I have chosen the coloring pairing of yellow & orange. I was thinking late Summer and Sunflowers, but there is so much more that this color pairing would work for, so use your imagination, stamps, dies, & stencils, and the sky's the limit! (Maybe someone could even figure out a Christmas card using these 2 colors?) Just remember to stick with HUES of these 2 colors and neutrals too, of course.

And, unfortunately, green is NOT considered a neutral!

Color Hues #138-Navy and Teal

It’s Karen here with the first Color Hues Challenge for August. I’m quite sure I had a design idea in mind when I chose Navy and Teal, but that idea had vanished when my turn arrived! I had no trouble finding ideas for this combination, however, and I hope the same will be true for you.
