Welcome to Color Hues. When I was in the planning stages of this blog, I started making lists of all the different catchy blog titles that I could think of that had to do with Color, and let me say there were quite a few. Later realizing I was never going to be able to decide on one, I polled the family, and Color Hues-the Color Challenge is where I landed.
What are we? We are primarily a paper crafting challenge blog that mostly focuses on card making. However, if you dabble in other forms of crafting; gift boxes, tags, banners, or that sort of thing, we welcome that too.
Twice a month we will post a challenge that suggests the Hues of Color we wish you to focus on. You may use any gradient tone of the two colors we suggest and neutrals are welcome.
Our neutrals are; white, black, grey, kraft, brown, cream, gold, and silver.

Definitions:
Color:
The property possessed by an object of producing different sensations on the eye as a result of the way the object reflects or emits light:
Hue:
A gradation or variety of a color; tint.
Gradation:
A minute change from one shade, tone, or color to another.
Our Posting Schedule: The first challenge of the month starts on the 1st and ends on the 14th @ 9AM EST. Our second challenge of the month starts on the 16th and ends on the 29th @ 9AM EST.
Our winner's post goes live one hour before the next challenge begins. Our overall winner will be invited to be our guest for a future challenge.
