Color Hues-Special Double Challenge

 Hello Crafters,
We have a special challenge for you starting today,
with a ton of inspiration that I can't wait for you to see!

I was over on the Share Handmade Kindness FB group on Saturday and saw an idea by cardmaker Linda Eterno.  She suggested that the cardmaking community fill the internet with Blue and Yellow cards to show our support for Ukraine. I thought it was such a terrific idea and it appears that it is taking the cardmaking world by storm. I immediately contacted my Color Hues team along with my Seize the Birthday team to ask them to join me in this great cause. I sit here in disbelief with all this world has endured the past two years with a Global Pandemic and now we are witnessing a war! I can't even imagine that this is our World, and like most of you, I watch the news and just cry! I think making a card is the least we can do. After you make your card, I am asking you to please send it to someone too. After all, we cardmakers stick together and we know how to light up the world, one card at a time.

Also, please know that these DT members from each of my Design Teams along with our guest, got very little warning that this was happening, so those that had the time to make two cards did so.

So you, our wonderful participants, also have a choice. You can make a card to show love and support for the Ukrainian people or you can make a card using Lindsey's colors of Green and Gold. OR BOTH! Also, we have found out that Ukraine's flower is the Sunflower, so that may be a direction you might want to go as you start your creation.

We are going to have TWO overall winners for this challenge, one for each color pairing and our usual Top Few. IMPORTANT: Please, if you decide to make two cards... would you post them in separate posts? That way no entry gets missed by mistake. Thanks!

Before I get to the cards, I need to also welcome our CH guest for this challenge- Jules Peddicord. Welcome Jules, we are so happy to have you with us!

I am also thrilled to have some of my wonderful teammates from Seize the Birthday joining us today! Welcome, Team! Thanks for playing along with such short notice!

Now, was that a lot of amazing cards or what?
It is such a pleasure to work with such talented cardmakers.

Now, we can't wait to see which challenge you play along with and we
hope you decide to play with both!

This challenge will be open until March, 14th @ 9AM!

The winners will be posted an hour before our next challenge goes live.
The overall TWO winners will have the opportunity to be a
future Guest Designer!

If you put your cards for Ukraine on any social media they want us to use the hashtag... #cardsforukraine

Most importantly, just have fun and share the light and love!
