Color Hues #116-Blue and Red

Good afternoon from the UK, Julie here with a brand new challenge.

When I came up with the new colour duo I was thinking primarily of a nautical theme but as you will see from the rest of the girls and our GD Leslie, there are lots of other ways to go with these colours!

In fact as you can see, if you scroll down, even I didn't go with the nautical theme!! It doesn't matter what takes your fancy or floats your boat we are open to all different ideas, just please ensure that only the colours for the challenge are used, plus neutrals of course!

So enough of me wittering on here, what you really came here to see, is the DT and our fab GD Leslie's ideas.

I loved seeing how each of you took the same palette and made it uniquely your own—every single card was a work of art. Lisa's stenciled and arched background is so pretty; a perfect stage for her beautiful vase and honeysuckle. A wonderful showcase of pink and grey.

Color Hues Challenge #115 - Pink and Grey

Hello.

Carol here, welcoming you to a new month - can you believe it's August 1st already - and a new challenge at Color Hues. For the next two weeks, I invite you to use hues of PINK and GREY as inspiration. This combination covers a range of shades (from bold and bright to soft and whispery), images (flowers, birds and animals, abstract patterns, to name just a few) and occasions (birthdays, 'just because', seasonal greetings and so much more). I'm sure you'll find an abundance of ways to feature pink and grey on your cards/projects.

Remember you can use any hues of these two colors and neutrals are also welcome.
